Ami’s Homemade Kimchi

Making kimchi takes time and requires a lot of care, usually 2 days of work.
Kimchi is a classic example of slow food. Along with its delicious taste, the large amount of probiotics in kimchi is very beneficial for your gut health.
To list all the benefits of kimchi, you might need a thesis! Kimchi undergoes full fermentation, which takes about 6 to 14 days. However, Ami's kimchi is sold before it is fully fermented.
Experience the fresh taste of kimchi and adjust the fermentation to your preference.
If kept at a proper temperature of around 4-5°C and unopened, kimchi can last up to a year.
However, we recommend consuming it within 4 months.
