Founded by Ami Bae, a musician and chef, Ami Meal Cafe brings the vibrant flavors of Korea to Hamilton with a modern twist. Just as harmony is essential in music, Ami applies the same philosophy to her culinary creations—balancing flavors, aesthetics, and tradition in every dish. As someone who deeply loves Korean cuisine, she is passionate about sharing its rich flavors with as many people as possible.

We specialize in fresh, grab-and-go Korean meals, making it easy for busy individuals to enjoy authentic and delicious food. From our popular tofu pouches and triangle gimbap to our freshly made kimchi, every bite offers a taste of Korea. In addition, by introducing namulbap, we aim to share the hidden authentic flavors of Korea.

At Ami Meal Cafe, we are committed to using fresh ingredients, preparing meals upon order, and avoiding artificial preservatives. We take pride in offering a variety of options, including marinated meats and flavorful banchan (side dishes). We also provide delicious vegan options as well.
